Matt Post is a Senior Research Scientist at the Human Language Technology Center of Excellence (HLTCOE) and an Assistant Research Professor in the Computer Science Department. His research interests are in natural language processing, especially machine translation, but with interests extending into related areas including text rewriting, grammatical error correction, and language learning. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Rochester (‘10) and his B.S. from Calvin University (’02). He spent the 2017–2018 academic year working on machine translation with Amazon Research.
