CLSP faculty Tom Lippincott and frequenty CLSP collaborator Anqi (Angie) Liu were recently featured among this year’s DSAI Seed Grant award recipients. Liu, working with sociologist Lingxin Hao, is studying how students use AI in the classroom and how AI tools can be redesigned to support stronger, more active learning. Lippincott is partnering with archaeologist Michael Harrower to apply computer vision and deep learning to protect disappearing archaeological sites in Ethiopia.
