  About Me:

I defended in Oct. 2012! Since Nov. 2012, I have been with Microsoft as a scientist working on spoken language understanding.

I was a PhD student working with Prof. Sanjeev Khudanpur.

I got my B.S. degree in acoustics from Nanjing University, China, in 2006.

  Research Interests:

My thesis focuses on language modeling for speech recognition. I try to build novel language models that beat standard n-gram and also scale up well to large datasets. In general, I'm interested in machine learning techniques for text processing.
