Ciprian Chelba is a sixth year graduate student, pursuing a Ph.D. in the ECE Department of The Johns Hopkins University.
More precisely, he somehow got involved with the Center for Language and Speech Processing working under the advising of Dr. Frederick Jelinek.
He will join the Speech Group at Microsoft Research after getting his Ph.D.
